Action Log Homes & Craig's Interior's
Attended CCC and then worked for a home building company designing & selling new homes, started our own interior decorating and cabinet business in 1971. Started as Craig's Kitchens and then changed the name to Craig's Interiors. Business still going today operated by my wife. Along with this business I had a taxidermy studio for about 18 years. Started the log home business in 1983 and have continued to grow in that area to where we market and build nation wide at the same time developing the home designing business to where I have designed homes for clients in several states. Starting to pull back from the log home business some in 2017 as the home designing business takes most of my time as I average designing about 80 homes a year. Still hunt and fish as much as possible and enjoy our street rod. Returned to drag racing again in 2011 and still race today in our rear engine dragster raising awareness for the Wounded Warrior Project.

That is really sad news and to think they were just together with all of us at the reunion. Lets all keep them in our prayers,

Happy Birthday Steve
Chuck:
I thought I had posted a message to you when you lost your folks but I apparently didn't do it right. Not uncommon for me to screw it up as I'm not the brightest light when it comes to computers. I was sorry to here the news as it wasn't that long ago that I lost both of my parents. I remember them fondly and think of them almost daily. My father lived to a ripe age of 102 and lived by himself up until the last 3 months. I remember all of the things they have taught me about life and hard work. A trait that many parents today are not teaching their kids. If they were we wouldn't have the country in the mess it is right now. They taught me that hard work is how you get ahead and get the things you want in life but not to forget to take time out to enjoy life. I think that advice was spread by all of the parents in our day going through school and beyond. As you remember I have always liked cars and racing and when I was thinking about getting back into racing my dad told me to just be safe and enjoy it. Didn't get quite the same adda boy from Betty but she has been really good about it. I take my race rig to Wounded Warrior fund raisers and at one of those when I was putting a youngster in the drivers seat he looked at the inside and said who is that in the pictures? I told him that they were of my parents. I have one picture taped on the inside of both of them and another of my dad giving me a wave. They ride with me every time down the track. They are great reminders of where I came from and even today as I write this I get misty thinking about them. I'm sure some of the pain is gone for you now, but I assure you that there will be times when they are in your thoughts and with you when you least expect it. Take care Chuck, and keep them in your thoughts.
